William founded Pilot House in 2021 with the intention of transforming the way post-residential treatment is approached. He is a person in recovery, as well as holding a CPRC certification, NAMI certification, and is an alumni of UTSA. He is passionate about helping persons in early recovery realize their full potential, not just in sobriety but in life.
Rachel Wilkes, Art Therapy
Rachel specializes in artistic therapies like dance movement therapy for neurocognitively-damaged patients and stress management with color. In her recent research, Rachel assisted in a study on integrating the voices of San Antonio youth to bring about change in their local community resources. Rachel is also an accomplished multimedia artist who has showcased her works in galleries and exhibits across Texas and internationally. With Rachel's knowledge and expertise in art therapy, her contributions to Pilot House will positively impact and aid in the mission of recovery.

Tango is a dedicated nursing care provider of Nigerian American descent, hailing from Brooklyn, New York. With nearly a decade of experience, Tango specializes in delivering exceptional mental healthcare services. It has been both an honor and a privilege for Tango to serve this vital population, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to excellence and compassionate care throughout their career.
Ted Cornwell III Esq., Sailing Activities Coordinator
Ted directs the instruction on, maintenance, and use of our small fleet of sailboats, after retiring from a long career in tax-exempt organizations law and affordable housing development and finance, including homes for special needs residents., he now contributes
time to his passion for sailing, messing about in boats, and teaching others to sail for therapy and fun.
